Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Midtown Antique Mall. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may return any item within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all included hardware, accessories, and packaging materials.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@midtownantiquemall.com with your order number and the reason for return
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
Package the item carefully using the original packaging if possible
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping for items that arrive damaged or do not match the product description
For all other returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Furniture returns may incur a return shipping fee of $50-$150 depending on the item size

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been modified, repaired, or altered after delivery
Items missing original hardware, accessories, or packaging
Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
