At Midtown Antique Mall, we take great care in packaging and shipping your antique and vintage pieces. Each item is professionally wrapped with custom protective materials to ensure safe transit.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders within the United States. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of order placement
Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Times

Standard ground shipping: 3-7 business days depending on your location
Furniture and large items may require freight shipping with delivery in 5-10 business days
Freight deliveries include white-glove service for furniture pieces over 50 lbs

Packaging

Antique and vintage items require special handling. We use:

Custom-fit boxes with double-wall construction for fragile items
Bubble wrap and foam padding for ceramics, glass, and delicate pieces
Reinforced corner protectors for mirrors and framed items
Custom crating for furniture and oversized pieces

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@midtownantiquemall.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes for furniture or large items. International shipping is not available at this time.
